How Your Holiday Advisor uses information you share through this website.

Who looks after your enquiry?

Your Holiday Advisor operates this website and manages the enquiries sent through it. To ask about your information, use the contact form and choose “Privacy request”. You do not need to provide holiday or traveller details to make that request.

What you share

The holiday enquiry form asks for your name, email address, destination ideas, travel timing, traveller numbers and children’s ages at departure. You can also share a budget, departure airport and a message. The contact form asks for your name, email and message. Please do not send passport, payment-card or medical information through either form.

Why it is used

Your details are used to reply to your request and take the steps you ask for before making holiday arrangements. Choosing to receive occasional holiday inspiration is separate and optional. That choice is recorded with your enquiry; you can withdraw it at any time using the contact form. Withdrawing marketing permission does not stop replies to your holiday enquiry.

Storage and access

Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in the private advisor system. The public website does not display your enquiry. Hosting and backup services support the storage of these records. Submitting this form does not automatically send your details to a holiday supplier or an AI service. If you decide to make arrangements, the information needed by a booking provider and its privacy terms will be explained as part of that process.

How long information is kept

Unprocessed enquiries are removed from the active inbox after 90 days. If your enquiry is taken forward, relevant details may be moved to your client record and kept for managing your request, holiday arrangements and any records that need to be retained. Retention depends on the purpose and any applicable record-keeping requirements. You can ask about the information held for you and request its deletion. Copies in backups may remain until those backups are replaced.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see your information, correct it, request deletion, or ask for its use to be restricted. Depending on the circumstances, you may also object to its use or request a portable copy. Some information may need to be retained where there is a legal requirement. Use the contact form to make a request. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and technical information

This public website does not add advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not store your enquiry in your browser. Fonts and images are served by this website. The hosting service may process technical details such as your IP address and requested pages to operate and protect the site. Enquiry submission limits use a hashed address to help prevent abuse. The private advisor panel has separate sign-in cookies.

About the holiday imagery

Images are illustrative, generated travel scenes for inspiration. They do not promise a particular hotel, ship, destination view or booking availability.
